Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

• Electronic Signature: Your electronic signature (typing your name is sufficient)

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
• Your electronic signature

Our Response Process

1. We will review your DMCA notice within 24-48 hours
2. If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material
3. We will notify the user who posted the content about the takedown
4. The user may file a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was in error
5. If a counter-notification is filed, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless you file a lawsuit

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
